Ham Benefit - Heritage Asset Management
We empower cultural heritage with vision, expertise, and responsibility.
Born from the architectural excellence of Barman Architects, Heritage Asset Management delivers strategic solutions for the sustainable future of historic assets.

Heritage Asset Management is an innovation-driven, socially oriented company specializing in the strategic management, preservation, and enhancement of cultural heritage. Founded in Venice in 2020 by Roberta Bartolone and Giulio Mangano, the company builds on the professional legacy of Barman Architects, integrating architectural insight with advanced technical and analytical skills. This strong foundation enables a multidisciplinary approach that transforms historic and cultural sites into long-term, sustainable assets for communities and institutions.

The company provides expert services in historic building consultancy, heritage property valuation, and integrated heritage enhancement, supporting public bodies, cultural institutions, and private owners in developing strategies that protect authenticity, strengthen identity, and promote responsible cultural use. Key initiatives include Mepart, a circular-economy project focused on the reuse of temporary installations, and the cultural enhancement partnership for Palazzina Masieri, an iconic landmark of modern Venetian architecture.

Since 2022, Heritage Asset Management has been an official Spin-off of the Iuav University of Venice, reinforcing its commitment to applied research, innovation, and internationally recognized standards in cultural heritage management.
